Never should you feel stressed or look at buying a home as a daunting task impossible to accomplish.  I will sit down with you and review your long term goals, criteria for a home, and timeline that you need to meet. Throughout the process I will be there every step of the way to ensure you know exactly where we are and what needs to be accomplished to cross the finish line. I pride myself on my communication and attention to detail so nothing will go overlooked from beginning to end.

TIPS TO PREPARE TO PURCHASE A HOME

IMG_0730_1_2_tonemappedStart by getting your finances in order.   Work on your credit score and make sure it’s at least in the mid 600’s.

Save for the appropriate down payment you feel comfortable putting down on a home.   There will also be some closing costs that you have to pay upfront so the more you can save the better.

Get pre-approved for a mortgage to determine how expensive of a home you can afford and get some familiarity with the monthly payment you are comfortable with.

Create a must have list of criteria and stick to it.  It’s better to be patient and find the right home than purchase a home you want to upgrade from in a few years.

Contact me to sit down and discuss the process from start to finish.  I can advise you on how to best position yourself to be ready to purchase a home.   Don’t take my word for it.   Listen to my previous clients testimonials to see how I can help you take the next step.
